Εις το χρυσόβουλλον που έβγαλ' ο Αλέξιος Κομνηνός

για να τιμήσει την μητέρα του επιφανώς,

την λίαν νοήμονα Κυρίαν Αννα Δαλασσηνή --

την αξιόλογη στα έργα της, στα ήθη --
