I can finally lie on my back with my arms spread in a T.
Today, three weeks after Mastectomy, prone at Planet Fitness and appearing to be lazy just smiling with my arms on the floor - OT stretching exercise success.
Still no lifting the gallon of milk and humiliated at using the bowling ramp on New Year's.
Joy achieved on this grimy purple M mat in the corner of a Wednesday gym.
