Couldn't Help Crying

Today, each time I sat in front of a nurse, I cried.  

I cried when she asked me to pee in a cup.  

I cried when she asked me to confirm my name.  

I cried when she asked me to take off my coat.  

I cried at this day and how I so wish I wasn't there.

To be positive, I am grateful for the surgery - a chance for life...again.

I am grateful for kindness all around me.

Today, you had silver linings but lots of rain.

Today, was a crying day.

Next, comes sleeping and quiet days and I hope...with the hope of good news, comes the celebrating days.  

No celebrating first without the crying.
