I miss you

I miss you in the quiet nights,

when everything feels still and deep,

when thoughts of you come back again

and gently steal my sleep.

I miss your voice, your simple smile,

the way you used to make me feel,

like even silence had a meaning,

like something soft and real.

I don’t ask for much, just time,

just one moment, maybe two…

but in this endless quiet space,

all I can say is — I miss you.

And though the distance keeps us far,

my heart still finds a way to stay,

because some feelings never fade…

they simply don’t go away.
