Santa,Heres My Heart

Written 2025-11-30
I don’t know where I truly come from,
But I spent my childhood in Ukraine’s sun.
In my country, some Roma caused me pain,
So to Moldova, we moved through the rain.
Sometimes I returned to Ukraine’s streets,
Bought books, food, and other treats.
Sometimes to Turkey for cloth and shoes,
Collecting small joys, picking what I choose.
In dreams, I saw the Roma roam,
Greek castles, ruins, far from home.
In our car, spring kissed the street,
We went to the post office, hearts upbeat.
“Do you like it, daughter, your new style?”
We picked up parcels that made us smile.
A tablet, a console, treasures in hand,
The road ahead, wide and grand.
A boy appeared, just a friend, not more,
Mom warns, danger outside our door.
With war and chaos all around,
It’s better safe, on solid ground.
I’ve survived betrayal, false and cruel,
Believing truth, not what fools rule.
Abuse and lies, I faced them all,
Yet rose again, standing tall.
In 2026, here’s what I seek:
A strong Oukitel tablet, sleek.
A new phone, a console to play,
And a peaceful home where I can stay.
I wish to learn, to earn, to grow,
To leave behind those I don’t know.
To live in calm, not constant fear,
To cherish life, hold loved ones near.
No longer chasing clothes or trends,
Just harmony and peaceful ends.
I dream of leaving chaos behind,
To find the life my heart can find.
Santa, tell me, can life be bright?
Can dreams like mine take wing in flight?
Will I find love, a family true,
Happiness and joy in all I do?
