Everybody loses.

bought and sold.

Facts versus fiction.

Proxy wars?

Ideologies and disbelief.

Pawns before the crash.

Nobody listens,

but they want to win,

even when unheard

and left feeling hurt.

Does it matter anymore?

Who’s really right and wrong?

What are we doing this for?

This has gone way too long.

What are we all left without?

The truth redesigned?

The lies that bind,

despite the loose ties?

Everyone’s a storyteller.

They can always try

to entertain you better.

Forget second-guessing.

The whole thing causes exhaustion.

That’s how it works;

slander after slander

until the truth is no more...

...than a figment of your imagination.
