I saw a tulip when I was still a boy

That tulip brought me an immense joy

I saw a tulip that was not mine

But the beauty of that tulip brought me to sky nine

I saw a tulip that I could not reach

The tulip made me to God preach

I saw a tulip that took my breath away

Your beauty was the only thing that did it the same way

With you I am the happiest that I have ever been

You are as beautiful as the tulip that I have once seen
