How do you know you’re not missed?

Try to walk away and disappear

Who’s going to reach out to you?

Seriously, who?

You’re probably offended

after being ignored

It’s always easy to blame

others for putting you to shame

Have you ever thought of what you did before,

countless times and more?

What if it had been you first?

What if you had done worse?

Perhaps you’ve become the least interesting

Has it been your only way to gain attention?

Do yourself a favour; stop playing the victim

Your bloated ego is the real problem

Some of them look at me hungrily, like kittens smelling a sausage - They think i embody their dreams, the craving to be themselves. Some of them look at me hopefully, ready do whisper: "Amen!" - They expect me to quickly enlighten them how to be themselves. Some of them look at me sternly, from the greatness of their castles - They demand respect and acknowledgement of their duty to be themselves. Some of them look at me warily, through the optic sights of anxiety - They won't let me abuse their rights to remain themselves. All of them look at me. They never look in the mirror. Often i'm tempted to wonder: do they even possess "themselves"? Do they exist at all?
